The EU‘s ‘Fit for 55’ package of measures is intensifying the pressure on the maritime sector to take action. On 28 and 29 June 2022 we organize our “Fuel Workshop VI” in Leer and Hamburg (click HERE for further information). At this workshop, practical examples will be presented, especially on CO2 reduction, and recommendations for action in business, science and politics will be discussed.
In addition, a networking event is organized in Harlingen, the Netherlands, on 30 June 2022. As part of the Green Shipping Waddenzee project, the first ships have already been converted to hydrogen. The event programme offers firsthand experience of modification and operation, project pitches, exciting discussions, tours of modified ships and plenty of opportunities for networking.
The Green Shipping network event is a cooperation of the Programma „Green Shipping Waddenzee“, the Wadden Sea Ports and the INTERREG-project H2Watt.
