SUMMARY:Online-Workshop "Alternative Fuels"
DESCRIPTION:This year\, the already established workshop „Alternative Fuels“ will focus on fuels and propulsion systems in the field of methanol\, ammonia and wind. \nDuring the event\, initial experiences with the mentioned fuel and propulsion options as well as possible challenges and opportunities will be presented. Approaches to solutions of alternative fuels will be addressed and put up for discussion. \nThe workshop is organized within the frame of the Kompetenzzentrum GreenShipping Niedersachsen and in cooperation with the Verband Deutscher Reeder (VDR)\, the Koninklijke Vereniging van Nederlandse Reders (KVNR) and the project „H2Watt“. \nThe event is intended at ship owners and operators\, as well as employees of the shipping\, bunkering and energy sector\, who would like to gain a greater awareness and understanding of this topic and exchange ideas.
